TapApprove monitors your business's Google reviews, drafts suggested replies, and posts a reply only after you approve it. You are responsible for the content of every reply you approve — always review before tapping Approve.
You must own or be authorized to manage the business profile you connect. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure, since approvals happen there.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe after your 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
You may not use TapApprove to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that violates Google's review policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
Suggested replies are generated by AI and may contain errors. TapApprove provides drafts; you provide judgment. We are not liable for the content of replies you approve and post.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapApprove's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
